About the event
A donation-based container for women to gather, connect and express through a rotation of offerings Including:
Yoga Nidra, Rhythm and Song Circles, Crafting, Gently Structured Sharing Circles, Intention Setting, Group Coaching Practices
April 3 | 6-8pm | Denver, CO
All evenings will end with a nourishing Yoga Nidra to integrate what we generate. Nidra is a practice of non-doing and requires no effort or prior experience.
